Give your kids the gift of mindfulness, calming practices, new friends and fun exploration of movements through yoga designed for their age.

Kids will learn basic yoga poses, breathing exercises and short meditations. A fun class that will help build confidence and self-esteem while learning relaxation and coping techniques. The benefits of yoga for children include stress relief, balance of high or low energy levels, improved focus and a boost in imagination and creativity. Our class is led by mom and yoga teacher, Sherie Sloane, E-RYT/ YA-CEP. Sherie is an experienced kids yoga teacher who has led yoga, art classes and camps across the states for many years.

To become like angels we need the inner strength to be secure, to give all, to be consumed in the service of life and destiny. This particular set of exercises will give you the health and inner energy to live from your angelic nature. (the yoga is appropriate for all levels).


Each session begins with light Kundalini Yoga and movement to prepare the body for the cleansing and healing that is to come. Then we move into deep relaxation with a beautiful symphonic Paiste gong. The Gong is a beautiful reinforced vibration that impacts the body by releasing blocks, reducing tension and stimulating circulation. Your mind will have no defense to the Gong after 90 seconds! The vibrational tone of the gong will melt away all stress and worry and put you into a state of bliss! The waves of sound carry your body, and mind to a feeling of peace and connectedness.


After the gong we use sound (mantra) to remind us that the entire universe was built on sound, and vibration. And, as we vibrate a specific combination of sounds, we are able to tune into a different level of consciousness.

Yoga Nidra, sometimes referred to as ‘yogic sleep,’ is a restorative meditation that guides you into conscious awareness of each part of the body for deep and effortless relaxation.


Yoga Nidra is not about falling asleep. Rather, Yoga Nidra induces a deep state of relaxation and inner awareness. This technique is effective for stress reduction, weight loss, improving sleep and easing tensions within the body. The practice of Yoga Nidra will be enhanced with craniosacral healing touches . Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, non-invasive, hands-on healing modality that focuses on the wave-like rhythmic pulse that goes through the entire body. 4 Week Wall Ropes Series

Join Jen Brenner for a 4-Week Class Series using the Wall Ropes to discover new and exciting ways to practice yoga and use the ropes as suspension training.


In this class, we will:

  • use the ropes to traction the spine and safely invert (if you choose to),
  • gain deeper access and achieve longer holds in various yoga poses;
  • use the ropes as leverage to help make the body feel expansive and traction to help the spine feel supple; and,
  • learn to use our body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core, and joint stability.

Jen has extensive training in the safety of wall ropes and has been teaching with the wall ropes for over seven years. 


All levels welcome with various alternatives offered for doing poses/movements.  Work at your own pace.
