This Myofascial Stretching class is designed to empower you to release your own fascial restrictions using gentle, effective stretches and self-treatment tools.  You’ll increase body awareness, improve mobility, decrease your pain/discomfort and in turn, feel energized enough to return to an active lifestyle.


You’ll be lead through a 60 minute class where you’ll learn to how to engage the fascial system using a self-treatment ball (included), myofascial stretching techniques to improve awareness and how to use mind-body connection to facilitate healing.

• How the fascial system could be contributing to your pain and tightness

• How to connect and tune in with your body so that you can hear the pain messages before they are out of control

Join yoga teachers Sherie Sloane and licensed massage therapist Rachel Berger on a journey to deeply relax your body and mind.  Working from the outside in, we will begin with gentle movements to ease physical tensions and make your way into a soulful and mindful relaxation. Yoga Nidra, sometimes referred to as ‘yogic sleep’, is a restorative meditation that guides you into conscious awareness of each part of the body for deep and effortless relaxation.

Yoga Nidra is not about falling asleep.  Rather, Yoga Nidra induces a deep state of relaxation and inner awareness.  This technique is effective for stress reduction, weight loss, improving sleep and easing tensions within the body. The practice of Yoga Nidra will be enhanced with an aromatic mini-massage of the shoulders, neck and head. You will benefit from a relaxing workshop in a beautiful, cozy, welcoming and serene space.  You will leave feeling completely rejuvenated!

This is not a physical massage, but a vibrational one. The vibrational frequencies are like having an internal massage. You will be guided to a level of relaxation through mindfulness followed by the sound frequencies of the crystal bowls. When working with sound and crystals, there may be profound effects on the organs, tissues, cells, as well as other systems in the body, mind and spirit. Bowls will be placed on your body and the vibrational frequencies are deeply felt. Since you don’t have to under dress for this his therapeutic session, it is highly recommend for those not feeling comfortable undressing or for those unable to lay on a massage table due to physical conditions.

In this workshop, we will explore our "food stories," or how we view food, choose our food and the relationship these have with our confidence. We focus on releasing shame and guilt around food choice and beginning the journey of self-judgement-free eating and living. We will utilize journaling and group-sharing to understand our own food stories, share, relate, empathize and collaborate with others. Together, We will learn how to bring gentleness, self-love and compassion back to ourselves. Please bring a journal or paper and a pen!

Join Jen Brenner for a 4-Week Class Series using the Wall Ropes to discover new and exciting ways to practice yoga and use the ropes as suspension training.


In this class, we will:

  • use the ropes to traction the spine and safely invert (if you choose to),
  • gain deeper access and achieve longer holds in various yoga poses;
  • use the ropes as leverage to help make the body feel expansive and traction to help the spine feel supple; and,
  • learn to use our body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core, and joint stability.

Jen has extensive training in the safety of wall ropes and has been teaching with the wall ropes for over seven years.

This two hour workshop will focus on building confidence, acceptance of differences and bullying. The theme that will guide the class is empowerment. Young girls will walk away with meditation and breathing techniques that they can use in school, home and social settings. The first part of the workshop will include breathing, yoga poses and finish with a short meditation. The remaining time will be used to discuss practical ideas to encourage empowerment, balance and respect by creating vision boards. Girls are asked to bring pictures and/or quotes that inspire them. There will be scissors, poster board, markers and glue. Participants will leave with handouts of breathing and meditation techniques, yoga poses and mantras to use in various situations.

Karen has extensive experience teaching all age groups and believe that self-esteem and empowerment can guide students to a place of acceptance and clarity.
