Warren Armstrong

(Chand Shiva Singh)

Warren has a strong, passionate love for yoga and his teaching comes from the heart.  He began practicing yoga in 2003 to relieve stress from an over chaotic world.  Deep relaxation quickly became his dearest friend.  Through his dedication to his practice, he began to see great changes on and off the mat.  He was so inspired with the healing power of yoga that he felt a strong desire to share that power with others.  Warren completed 200 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Program at Prairie Yoga, in November of 2012 and is currently following his souls path by pursuing an additional yoga certification at Kundalini Yoga in the Loop.

Warren’s classes focus on proper alignment, shifting inward, breath awareness and simply having fun in the moment.  He incorporates Chakra healing, meditation, mantra, mudra’s, gong and singing bowls to help connect your mind, body and spirit.  Warren believes that yoga is not about achieving the perfect pose, but about being perfect with who you are in the pose. His greatest joy is in teaching, sharing and inspiring others to find their wholeness, radiance and bliss.

Melissa Gall

Melissa started her yoga journey, 12 years ago after gaining weight with her pregnancy. At first, she just took some classes for the physical benefits of yoga but realized that there was so much more to yoga than what she was being taught in class. She wanted to learn more than just asana, so in 2012, she started her 200 hour yoga teacher training, which she completed in 2013.

Currently, Melissa is an E-RYT 200 with the Yoga Alliance and has 410 out of 500 hours completed of her RYT 500. She has been a featured teacher of the month for Yoga Magazine and also teaches yoga for the Physical Education Department at Moraine Valley College.

She believes that a yoga class should be for everyone and teaches as such. Whether you're a beginner or a well seasoned practitioner, there is something for everyone in her class.

Olga Isela

I started practicing yoga about 20 Years ago for physical and mental health.  I had a lot going on in my life.  The relationship with my body and with the food was so bad that it presented itself in an autoimmune disease.   While I was not on a very spiritual path at that point, I truly believed in energy healing.  One day I walked into an Ashtanga Yoga class, and that was the magic moment, when everything in my life started to make sense and somehow all of my questions were answered.  I decided to take teacher training so that I could then share with others what helped to heal my body, mind and soul.   I am 200 Hours C.Y.T. In Hatha Yoga, 30 Hours Bhakti Yoga, and a Certified Health and Wellness Coach.  My intention in every single class is to plant a seed that will touch other people's hearts and bring peace to their life.

Jeremy James

Jeremy James in an Intuitive Spiritual Medium, Reiki Master, Aura Artist and Workshop Facilitator. Since a very early age Jeremy had a sense of intuitive knowing. In 2013, he experienced a spiritual awakening, and he began serving the community by sharing what he had learned. Jeremy is an Intuitive Spiritual Empath, which means that he uses his Intuition (the ability to acquire knowledge without proof, or conscious reasoning) and being Empathic  (the ability to be able to sense/feel what others are feeling, either emotionally, physically, spiritually, mentally or energetically) to facilitate his sessions. Jeremy is also a Spiritual Medium, which means that he is a bridge between this world and the spirit world. He connects to spiritual guides of all cultures and spiritual paths, not just those that have passed away.

Jeremy is always seeking out spiritual practices and beliefs to share with his clients to aide them on their own spiritual journey. He considers himself "Spiritually Eclectic" which means that he doesn't follow one set path, but rather he discovers the parts of spiritual practices that resonate most with his soul and incorporates those into his teachings and personal practice. Because of this path Jeremy reaches people from all walks of life and spiritual paths.

Jeremy’s goal is to hold space for each individual person so that they can allow themselves to heal and be brought back into balance of mind, body, and soul. Jeremy is honored to be utilizing his gifts to help others and is grateful to be a part of your journey.

I had been practicing yoga for no more than a year when it changed my life.  In only a few short months I was completely cured of the anxiety I had been suffering with since childhood, and was experiencing a sense of fulfillment and physical health I had never known before.  After taking a deeper look at all of the mental and physical benefits that had been brought to my life through my yoga practice, I knew I wanted to spread them to as many people as possible.  In August of 2011 I enrolled in a 200 hour certification program at registered yoga school, Reflections Yoga Center, where I graduated from in February of 2012.  Later that year I became certified in Prenatal Yoga as well.  I have since started a family, started two businesses, and while life is always changing, the one constant has been sharing my knowledge of, and love for, the path of yoga.  I now teach several styles of yoga here at Yoga on Wolf, but no matter what the class, you can always count on them being laid back and suitable for anyone, at any point in their practice.  Join me any time!

Sherie Sloane

Sherie is a Yoga Alliance Experienced Certified Teacher (E-RYT), Continuing Education Provider (YA-CEP) and Yoga Teacher Mentor with over 3,000 teaching hours, and has been a student of yoga for 12 years.  Being mom to two wonderful boys, an artist, career in finance, and injuries didn’t stop her from doing yoga.  After getting injured in Tae kwon do, yoga helped her to recover emotionally and physically.  She then decided to become a yoga teacher to share the healing and physical benefits of yoga to others.  Her classes are a lively mix of balance, strength and flexibility, focusing on alignment and breathing.  Her own dedicated practice and style of teaching inspire her students to rediscover their true selves and explore their capabilities, empowering them with their own unique potentials.  Showing them that yoga is for everybody and doesn’t have to be perfect, that’s why it’s called a ‘practice’.  Sherie is the founder of Painted Yoga®, Yoga Bead Love, The Gift of Rest, creator of Wav Yoga Wheel, a dedicated 2nd degree black belt martial artist, runner and athlete.
