I had been practicing yoga for no more than a year when it changed my life. In only a few short months I was completely cured of the anxiety I had been suffering with since childhood, and was experiencing a sense of fulfillment and physical health I had never known before. I had taken a look at all of the mental and physical benefits that had been brought to my life through my yoga practice, and knew I wanted to spread them to as many people as possible. In August of 2011 I enrolled in a 200 hour certification program at registered yoga school, Reflections Yoga Center, where I graduated from in February of 2012. Later that year I became certified in Prenatal Yoga as well. I have since studied under some extraordinary teachers who have helped deepen my knowledge of, and love for, the path of yoga. I now teach several styles of yoga here at Yoga on Wolf, but no matter what the class, you can always count on them being laid back and suitable for anyone, at any point in their practice. Join me any time!
Hi! My name is Jennifer (call me Jen) and am happy to share my knowledge and love of yoga with you! I have been teaching yoga for 10 years and am a 500-hour certified yoga teacher from Prairie Yoga. As part of this comprehensive program and years of mentoring, I have been able to gain in-depth knowledge in alignment-based yoga, anatomy and how to adapt the pose to those with special conditions. I spent many years as a studio owner at Yoga For You in Frankfort. However, I am thrilled to get back to my roots of simply helping people feel better, which aligns perfectly with Yoga on Wolf!
In class, I will emphasize proper alignment, functional movement, good posture, spinal health, as well as all the other things that go along with yoga such as flexibility, balance and strength. I will also introduce meditation and breath-work in its simplest, cleanest form. Through the help of yoga props, my intention is to provide alternatives for poses so that everyBODY can do yoga and every person feels successful on the mat. My goal is to make yoga approachable to all, no matter what shape, age, or physical ailment!
Lesa Bradford 200 RYT, started yoga at home many moons ago in high school to deal with her anxiety. In the following years she tried to attend studio classes and often ended up feeling confused, left out and sometimes even hurting. She came back to her practice 3 years ago after being diagnosed with a chronic pain condition. Yoga helped her pain and her ability to cope with the diagnosis so greatly, that she decided to pursue teacher training. Lesa is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher through the Midwest’s premier teacher training program at Prairie Yoga in Lisle Illinois. She is interested in sharing yoga with people who may have had a bad experiences with yoga, may have a pain condition to deal with, those who, like her, have an abundant body and those who feel they aren’t flexible and aren’t sure if they can do yoga. Lesa has loved teaching Beginner Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga and specialized workshops, as well as Chair Yoga at the Cancer Support Center. She enhances her classes with humor, a natural sense of curiosity and her shared experience. She is also Reiki level I & II certified and loves to incorporate Reiki and essential oils to complement her classes. Lesa looks forward to welcoming you to a yoga you may not have known or experienced before!

Warren has a strong, passionate love for yoga and his teaching comes from the heart. He began practicing yoga in 2003 to relieve stress from an over chaotic world. Deep relaxation quickly became his dearest friend. Through his dedication to his practice, he began to see great changes on and off the mat. He was so inspired with the healing power of yoga that he felt a strong desire to share that power with others. Warren completed 200 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Program at Prairie Yoga, in November of 2012 and is currently following his souls path by pursuing an additional yoga certification at Kundalini Yoga in the Loop.
Warren’s classes focus on proper alignment, shifting inward, breath awareness and simply having fun in the moment. He incorporates Chakra healing, meditation, mantra, mudra’s, gong and singing bowls to help connect your mind, body and spirit. Warren believes that yoga is not about achieving the perfect pose, but about being perfect with who you are in the pose. His greatest joy is in teaching, sharing and inspiring others to find their wholeness, radiance and bliss.
Each time I am on my mat, I am reminded that yoga has brought me joy, peace, and confidence. I started practicing yoga 15 years ago and the first class was the start of my yoga journey. Yoga gently pulled me in like a magnet to a place of serenity. I never imagined that this “chronologically enhanced” woman would be changed forever and that I would become a yoga instructor. But I did. In May of 2017 I completed my 200 hour certification through Prairie Yoga. My teaching experience in working with students with disabilities taught me to reach out to each student where they were at and provide them what they needed to be successful. My philosophy of teaching yoga is the same. I feel that everyone can succeed at their own level in yoga. I want my students to learn to listen to their bodies as I have learned to listen to mine. While on my yoga journey, I have had a knee replacement, several foot surgeries, arthritis flare-ups and open heart surgery. The amazing thing about yoga is that I can still practice! I have learned to modify when necessary and listen to my body just as I want to teach my students to do as they find their own way. I focus on teaching yoga in a gentle manner with modifications and the use of props to enhance its practice. Breathing and short meditations are also part of my class. I believe that yoga is indeed a way to find the happiness that lies within us all.
Jeremy James in an Intuitive Spiritual Medium, Reiki Master, Aura Artist and Workshop Facilitator. Since a very early age Jeremy had a sense of intuitive knowing. In 2013, he experienced a spiritual awakening, and he began serving the community by sharing what he had learned. Jeremy is an Intuitive Spiritual Empath, which means that he uses his Intuition (the ability to acquire knowledge without proof, or conscious reasoning) and being Empathic (the ability to be able to sense/feel what others are feeling, either emotionally, physically, spiritually, mentally or energetically) to facilitate his sessions. Jeremy is also a Spiritual Medium, which means that he is a bridge between this world and the spirit world. He connects to spiritual guides of all cultures and spiritual paths, not just those that have passed away.
Jeremy is always seeking out spiritual practices and beliefs to share with his clients to aide them on their own spiritual journey. He considers himself "Spiritually Eclectic" which means that he doesn't follow one set path, but rather he discovers the parts of spiritual practices that resonate most with his soul and incorporates those into his teachings and personal practice. Because of this path Jeremy reaches people from all walks of life and spiritual paths.
Jeremy’s goal is to hold space for each individual person so that they can allow themselves to heal and be brought back into balance of mind, body, and soul. Jeremy is honored to be utilizing his gifts to help others and is grateful to be a part of your journey.
