EveryBODY Stretch

Join us for a simple, well rounded sequences of stretches that is truly for every body.  No frills or fast movement, just a class that will leave you with that 'just got a massage' feeling.  Ahhh...

No previous yoga experience necessary!


Donation-Based Meditation

Meditation is an approach to training the mind, but more than anything we just want to hold a space for you to unplug from the outside world and check in with yourself.

This class is a 'pay what you can', donation-based class.  100% of the studio's portion will be donated to help people in need.

*Memberships and Class Packages may also be used for this class


Gentle Yoga

This class is ideal for anyone wanting a slower-paced class, as well as for those recovering from illness or injury.  This class will focus on increasing range of motion, safely moving the spine in all of its directions, improving balance / core strength, de-stressing and more.  Poses are modified and supported to make this class suitable for anyone regardless of age, body type or yoga experience.


Kids Yoga

Give your kids the gift of mindfulness, calming practices, meeting new friends and fun exploration of movements through yoga designed for their age.

Kids will learn basic yoga poses, breathing exercises and short meditations. A fun class that will help build confidence and self-esteem while learning relaxation and coping techniques. The benefits of yoga for children include stress relief, balance of high or low energy levels, improved concentration and focus and a boost in imagination and creativity. Our class is led by mom and yoga teacher Sherie Sloane, E-RYT/ YA-CEP. Sherie is an experienced kids yoga teacher who has led yoga & art classes and camps across the states for many years.


Kundalini Yoga for Beginners + Gong Healing

Kundalini Yoga incorporates the physical aspects of yoga, along with the mind and spirit.

Each class consist of five elements to awaken the energy of consciousness.

1. Centering: Tuning into our higher selves.

2. Kriya: A specific set of exercises that generate energy, organize that energy and deliver you to a specific energetic state.

3. Deep relaxation: This is when your body is able to integrate the positions you have just practiced and heal itself.

4. Meditation: Contains specific, practical tools that carefully and precisely support the mind and guide the body through the use of breath, mantra, mudra and focus.

5. Closing: After loosening the muscles and raising your energy, we will project that feeling of vitality to others by closing with a blessing.


Ropes + Restorative Yoga

In this class Sherie will guide you through 'supported' yoga poses using Iyengar ropes, bolsters, blocks and blankets. These props are used to support the body's weight and help you achieve a very satisfying stretch while being totally relaxed. 


Surrender (Yin) Yoga

Surrender is a Yin based yoga practice. Yin is a slow paced, quiet and meditative

practice where you will be guided into postures or asanas on the floor. These

postures are held for a duration of time to allow your body the opportunity to

soften into the connective tissue and deep fascial networks within the

body. Props such as blocks, blankets and balls are used as needed as well as

gentle hands on adjustments to assist you in your practice. Yin can increase

space from within and improve mobility and posture.


Yoga for Healthy Aging

This class will focus on maintaining your physical, mental and emotional health as you age.

Learn essential yoga poses that build strength, flexibility, agility and balance.

This class is designed for relatively healthy and physically able participants. This is not a chair yoga class.

Come and learn fun poses to foster healthy movement for the long run!


Yoga for Relaxation + Aromatherapy

In this class we will practice a wide variety of poses, but doing so in a candle lit room, at a slightly slower pace, helps us achieve the ultimate in relaxation. For those who wish to participate, a brief aromatherapy massage will be offered at the end of each practice.
